We strive to make Ultimate Escape Spa & Wellness Center an enjoyable and relaxing environment for you and all our quests.  To ensure that you and other guests enjoy the full spa experience we ask the following:

• silence your cell phones
• keep voices down to a soft tone
• arrive to your appt time 15 minutes early

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our service providers and other guests, please provide us 24 hour notice to cancel or change your appointment.

Groups of 2 or more guests scheduling more than one service will be required to provide a credit card to reserve your appointment(s).
